QHSSE Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive QHSSE programmes, initiatives and safety improvements across the marine fleet.
• Conduct regular shipboard audits, inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and non-conformities.
• Investigate and report incidents, accidents and near-misses, and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Review and improve QHSSE procedures, Work Instructions (WI) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP).
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation, certification and records are maintained.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, ISO standards, ISM requirements and applicable maritime regulations.
• Monitor QHSSE performance indicators, identify trends and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Work closely with Fleet Leaders and marine crew to strengthen safety culture, promote best practices and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant QEHS experience in the engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
• Proven ability to lead audits, reviews, and compliance activities regionally.
