We are seeking a Senior Regional Commercial finance Analyst to drive critical financial planning, analysis, and strategic business partnering across the region. In this pivotal position, you will serve as an internal financial consultant to senior leadership, transforming complex data into strategic recommendations that directly influence regional growth, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the regional FP&A function, taking charge of comprehensive monthly forecasting and the annual budget planning process. Your focus will be on producing accurate revenue and expenditure projections while rigorously testing financial assumptions to adapt to evolving market conditions. By partnering with various department heads, you will analyze expenditure trends, uncover the root causes of profitability shifts, and implement targeted actions to meet our financial objectives. Furthermore, you will take the lead in evaluating the financial viability of new business expansions, pricing strategies, and regional operational adjustments. This includes conducting in-depth scenario analyses and transforming complex financial datasets into concise, high-level presentations that empower senior leadership to make informed, strategic choices.
Skills and experience required
- Degree in Finance/Accounting, or related field with professional accreditation
- Relevant years of progressive experience in FP&A or a related financial advisory role.
- Highly adept in SQL, Oracle Essbase, and advanced Excel functions, combined with a strong grasp of financial modeling and investment analysis methodologies.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI technologies (such as Copilot or Gemini) to streamline data processing, summarize extensive reports, draft analytical commentary, or construct predictive models will give you a significant edge.
- Exceptional ability to craft compelling narratives from financial data, supported by flawless written and verbal English communication skills for effective executive stakeholder engagement.
- Solid commercial awareness, meticulous attention to detail, strong ownership of tasks, and a solid understanding of project management frameworks.
