• Direct the global operating model and strategic roadmap to drive close acceleration, process automation, and reporting efficiency.

• Oversee the end-to-end financial close calendar, chart of accounts governance, and accounting policy framework across all business units.

• Accountable for the design, operating effectiveness, and compliance of internal controls over financial reporting.

• Serve as the functional business owner for enterprise resource planning systems, financial consolidation platforms, and reconciliation management tools.

• Manage key relationships with executive finance leadership, business unit leaders, and external regulatory bodies to maintain financial integrity.

skills and experience required.

• Strong background in leading global record-to-report functions, core accounting transformation, or enterprise controllership programs.

• Extensive experience establishing financial governance, multi-entity close frameworks, and statutory reporting standards.

• Proven track record managing enterprise technology stacks, including tier-1 enterprise resource planning systems and financial consolidation tools.

• Strong expertise in internal controls, technical accounting policy application, and managing relationships with external audit bodies.

• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities to manage cross-functional stakeholders across regional and global structures.
