Accounts Receivable (Food Manufacturing) - North - WCDT

Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer payment records in the ERP system on a daily basis to ensure data accuracy.

Prepare and process credit notes for customers.

Track overdue invoices, identify unpaid transactions, and provide invoice copies to customers promptly.

Set up new customer accounts and maintain accurate customer master data.

Liaise with customers regularly to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies related to payments or invoicing.

Prepare and distribute monthly customer statements of account.

Issue invoices and credit notes based on customer requests.

Support month-end closing, yearly audit exercises, and stock-taking activities when necessary.

Perform additional administrative or accounting duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to follow up effectively with customers.

Responsible, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.

Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English, both verbally and in writing.

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and SAP HANA will be an advantage.
