Branch Relationship Manager (International Bank)

Adecco is partnering with a leading International bank that has a strong footprint across Asia. This role presents an opportunity to be part of the bank’s growth while working with a well-established and reputable organization.

The candidate will be responsible for managing, acquisition and growing a portfolio of Retail Banking clients by providing tailored financial solutions, building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities across banking products and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• To understand customers’ financial needs & goals, conduct professional financial analysis and provide tailored financial solutions
• Build and strengthen customer relationships by regularly sharing market updates, insights, and analyses of local and international financial products.
• Identify, engage, and follow up with individual prospects to generate new business opportunities.
• To ensure compliance with all regulations and controls as set by the Bank and external regulatory authorities.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales experience, Banking or Insurance Industry would be advantageous
• CMFAS certifications
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
