The Opportunity

• Work hours: 5-day work week, 8.5 hours per day, timing is based on retail operating hours
• Salary: up to $2,400 (depending on experience) + Uncapped Commission + Comprehensive benefits

The Client
Adecco is partnering with a well-known MNC luxury beauty brand that specialises in formulated beauty products and we are seeking for a Skincare Advisor to join the business. You will play a key role in converting customers into loyal brand advocate by providing exceptional customer service, product recommendations, and personalised skin analyses.

The Job

• Provide personalised skincare consultations based on customer needs
• Recommend suitable skincare products and explain benefits and usage to customers
• Demonstrate product application techniques to enhance customer experience
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage brand loyalty
• Support overall in-store operations and deliver excellent customer service

The Talent

• Must have prior beauty retail selling skincare products or customer service experience in a luxury boutique store (training provided)
• Experience in beauty retail is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven with a customer-focused attitude
