As they continue to scale their operations and optimize their corporate functions, they are seeking a driven and hands-on Group Finance Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end financial reporting life cycle, acting as a key partner to regional stakeholders while ensuring that their financial data remains robust, compliant, and actionable to support the broader strategic objectives of the business.

Reporting to the Group Finance Controller, you will take a hands-on supervisory role overseeing the Group’s financial reporting, consolidation, treasury and M&A activities across a complex multi-country environment. You will manage the full month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing cycles, including group consolidation, management reporting, equity accounting, minority interests and changes in shareholdings between entities. The role requires strong technical accounting capabilities, with responsibility for double-entry consolidation eliminations, balance sheet reviews, intercompany balances and reconciliations, while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. You will also work closely with finance teams across markets to drive consistency in reporting and accounting practices, as well as support finance transformation and process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and scalability of the Group Finance function.
Skills and experience required
- Degree in Finance/Accounting, or related field with professional accreditation (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA).
- Relevant years of group finance experience, with a proven track record overseeing full-cycle financial reporting.
- Strong technical proficiency in regional statutory compliance, corporate tax filing requirements, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Solid hands-on experience utilizing enterprise-level ERP systems, coupled with a strong aptitude for leveraging financial technology and data tools to streamline operations.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive accountability across diverse geographic locations and cultures.
