Project Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in planning and managing project timelines, delivery of materials & resources.
• Coordinate with internal departments and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain and prepare accurate and up-to-date project documentation, reports & progress updates.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, proposing corrective actions.
• To be on site execution, supervision, coordination & general project management including attending meetings.
• Submission of drawings for customer approvals.
• Risk assessment and method statement submission.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures & client requirements.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering -Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Possess own transport will be an advantage.
