Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and support the smooth execution of inbound, outbound and inventory activities.

The successful candidate will lead a team of warehouse and administrative staff, coordinate with customers and transporters, and ensure daily operational targets are achieved safely and efficiently.

Candidates with hands-on warehouse experience and prior team leadership exposure are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Plan manpower, work allocation and resources based on daily operational requirements.
• Monitor team performance and ensure operational targets are achieved.
• Train, guide and support warehouse and administrative staff.
• Coordinate deliveries, collections and shipment activities.
• Handle customer returns and vendor returns.
• Ensure warehouse safety, security, quality and 5S standards are maintained.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and report non-conformances when required.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Perform warehouse-related data entry and generate pick lists.
• Liaise with customers, transporters and internal departments on operational matters.
• Support inventory control and warehouse accuracy.
• Participate in continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.
• Perform other operational duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse, logistics or operations experience.
• Prior experience supervising or leading a warehouse team is required.
• Good understanding of inbound, outbound and general warehouse operations.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with warehouse systems, reporting tools or operational dashboards is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau will be an added advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers, transporters and internal teams.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
• Hands-on and comfortable working in a warehouse operations environment.
