Project Manager (Wellness Facilities) [SL]

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of ISH & AQC superstructural and finishing works, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee offsite fabrication and delivery of structural elements while managing stakeholders, project teams, and technical coordination for large-scale integrated or mixed-use developments.
• Lead project planning, execution, and completion within schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Develop and monitor construction programmes, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage contracts, project costs, claims, variations, and progress payments.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Review designs, technical submissions, and resolve constructability issues.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations (BCA, MOM, SCDF), quality standards, and WSH requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality control reviews.
• Lead and mentor project teams, manage performance, and prepare management reports.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, PE, PMP or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing integrated developments, mixed-use projects, or large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and familiar with BIM process.
