Architectural Manager (Commercial) [SL]

• Oversees all architectural aspects of construction projects, from design coordination and shop drawing approvals to site execution and project completion.
• The role ensures compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and Singapore building regulations while coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Lead and coordinate architectural design, planning, and execution for construction projects.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documents.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and architectural deliverables in collaboration with project stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor construction quality, and resolve architectural and technical issues.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including QM/PQP, RFI, RFA, Method Statements, DfS submissions, and CONQUAS inspections.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and support junior architectural staff and promote effective teamwork.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to improve project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Professional certifications (e.g., Registered Architect, Chartered Architect) or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in architecture and design management, experience in managing large-scale commercial, residential, integrated, government, or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM Navisworks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
