Concierge Executive [Bugis / 5 days / 8am to 6pm]

Our client, a leading and well-established property management company, is looking for a customer-focused Concierge Executive to join their team. If you enjoy interacting with people, providing exceptional service, and working in a professional environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Working Hours / Location:

• Working Days / Hours: Mondays to Fridays / 8am to 6pm

• Bugis MRT

• Training & Uniform provided!

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist tenants, visitors, and guests with a warm and professional approach

• Manage front desk operations, including handling enquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, and emails

• Provide accurate and timely information to tenants and visitors

• Resolve customer concerns and escalated issues in accordance with established SOPs and service standards

• Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring information is accurate

• Support administrative and operational activities

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O levels with 2 years of relevant experience in concierge, front desk, customer service or hospitality

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Customer-oriented with a professional and positive attitude

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic administrative tasks

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
