Healthcare Business Development - Central, 5.25-day

Summary:

• 5.25-day work week (Alternate Sat)
• Location: Central area

Responsibilities:

• Support business development initiatives to drive organisational growth and strengthen existing partnerships.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare partners, referring physicians and corporate clients.
• Coordinate meetings, networking events, healthcare talks and other business development activities.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, reports and marketing materials.
• Conduct market research and maintain accurate referral and client databases.
• Support digital marketing, branding and promotional activities as required.
• Provide administrative and operational support to clinic services when needed.
• Assist with appointment coordination, patient enquiries and billing-related matters where required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of business development and day-to-day operations.
• Support ad-hoc business development projects and other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in healthcare, customer service, administration, business development, or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Proactive, positive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
