Business Analyst – Manufacturing, EWM & Product Costing

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with knowledge of Manufacturing, Warehouse Management/EWM, and Product Costing.

The candidate will work closely with business users to understand their requirements, conduct workshops, analyse business processes, and prepare clear documentation to support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyse business requirements.

Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with business users.

Understand and document Manufacturing, EWM/Warehouse, and Product Costing processes.

Prepare business requirement documents, process flows, user stories, and other project documentation.

Perform Fit-Gap analysis and identify business impacts.

Maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).

Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams to clarify business requirements.

Support UAT by preparing test scenarios, test cases, and coordinating with business users.

Track project actions, requirements, risks, and dependencies.

Act as a bridge between business users and the project team.

Mandatory Skills

8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst / SAP Functional Consultant.

Good understanding of Manufacturing processes.

Experience or knowledge of SAP EWM / Warehouse processes.

Experience or understanding of Product Costing.

Strong experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.

Experience conducting workshops with business stakeholders.

Experience in Fit-Gap Analysis, URS/User Stories, RTM, Process Documentation, and UAT.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Note

In-depth SAP technical configuration experience is not mandatory. The main focus is on Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Workshops, Process Documentation, Manufacturing, EWM, and Product Costing knowledge.
