📅 Contract: 6 Months Rolling

Key Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 production and application support for digital and e-commerce platforms.

Monitor applications, infrastructure, alerts, and system performance.

Troubleshoot incidents, perform RCA, and ensure SLA compliance.

Support AWS cloud environments, APIs, microservices, and system integrations.

Work with monitoring/observability tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, Dynatrace, or similar.

Handle incident, problem, and change management activities.

Collaborate with L3 teams, vendors, and business stakeholders for issue resolution.

Participate in 24x7/on-call support and occasional deployment activities.

Mandatory Skills

5+ years in Application/Production Support or TechOps.

Strong AWS and troubleshooting experience.

Experience with digital/e-commerce applications.

Knowledge of APIs, microservices, monitoring, logging, and ITSM.

Strong communication and analytical skills.
