Night Shift Position

• 12-hour shift arrangements

• Shift schedules based on operational requirements

• Candidates must be comfortable working assigned night shifts

• Working hours and roster will be communicated based on operational requirements
  

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely and professional assistance

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and operational processes

• Follow up on customer requests and operational issues

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer and operational records

• Prepare reports and update relevant documentation

• Support daily logistics and operations activities

• Monitor and follow up on requests to ensure timely resolution

• Maintain service standards and provide a positive customer experience

• Follow workplace safety procedures, company policies and operational guidelines
  

🎯 Job Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service, logistics, administration or operations is an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable communicating with customers and internal stakeholders

• Good attention to detail and able to maintain accurate records

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Willing to work night shifts and 12-hour shifts

• Responsible, organised and able to follow established procedures and SOPs
