Inventory Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records accurately and promptly, including stock levels and adjustments.

• Verify inventory data with internal teams and reconcile discrepancies to ensure system accuracy.

• Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures to minimize errors, losses, and stock discrepancies.

• Analyse inventory data to identify stock trends, potential shortages, and excess inventory.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and maintain a balance between supply and demand.

• Work closely with purchasing and sales teams to ensure smooth and efficient inventory flow.

• Prepare regular inventory reports covering key metrics such as stock turnover, inventory value, and stockout rates.

• Analyse inventory trends and provide recommendations to improve inventory efficiency and support business decisions.

• Provide administrative support for export activities, including billing and documentation follow-up.

• Perform other inventory-related duties and ad hoc assignments as required.

Key Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to interpret inventory data, identify trends, and detect potential issues.

• Good understanding of inventory metrics such as stock turnover, days on hand, and reorder points.

• Proficient in inventory management systems, preferably ERP/SAP, with advanced MS Excel skills.

• Strong data entry and data management capabilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
