Senior Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, service requests, and complaints through phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
• Generate quotations, service charges, and job orders accurately and within required timelines.
• Plan and prioritize service appointments based on customer requirements, urgency, and operational schedules.
• Liaise with field engineers, subcontractors, customers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth service delivery.
• Monitor ongoing service activities and follow through on outstanding matters to ensure completion within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate service documentation by updating records, job status, and customer feedback in the relevant systems.
• Compile and provide periodic updates on customer accounts, service activities, and outstanding issues to supervisors and coordinators.
• Identify recurring service concerns and customer feedback trends, recommending appropriate corrective or improvement actions.
• Raise purchase requisitions and prepare supporting documentation for vendors, subcontractors, and project-related requirements.
• Support overall service coordination and administrative activities while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

• GCE ‘N’/‘O’/‘A’ Level with 3–4 years of relevant working experience, or a Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to manage service records, documentation, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, scheduling, and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
• Able to multitask, prioritize competing requirements, and work effectively in a fast-paced service environment.
