Join an industry leader on a contract basis to provide essential administrative support to the human resources operations team.

• Maintain accurate employee and contractor profiles within internal time-tracking and enterprise systems.

• Assist technical staff with entry procedures for service orders and review weekly timecards for adjustments.

• Consolidate contractor man-hours, overtime figures, and generate daily and monthly operational reports.

• Manage new hire onboarding logistics, including uniform, security pass, and safety equipment distribution.

• Coordinate internal stakeholder events, conduct merchandise inventory counts, and support procurement requisitions.

• Prior administrative experience within human resources, operations, or technical support environments.

• Proficiency in handling enterprise time-tracking tools and corporate resource planning software.

• Strong organizational capabilities to manage logistics, inventory stocktakes, and vendor coordination.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to assist staff with operational inquiries and coordinate events.

• Ability to manage multiple data reconciliation tasks with high accuracy under tight deadlines.
