HRBP Senior Associate

About the Role

As an HR lead in Singapore, you will support the HR function for our Singapore organization. We are seeking a person who has a proven operational background and passion for HR operations including applying AI to operational processes. You will support and run critical elements of the Singapore HR function, including talent acquisition, HR operations, and HR compliance. This role is for someone who wants to effect process improvements and ensure our HR organization in Singapore is best in class when it comes to the application of AI and cutting edge process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that operational rigor is met with minimal errors across major HR processes including Administrative, Talent Acquisition, and HRBP functions

• Utilize AI to automate and make processes more efficient.

• Use HR data and analytics to inform HR decision making.

• Support HR leadership in areas such as performance management & talent development.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in HR, business operation, and/or office management, preferably at a high-growth technology company

• Ability to strongly communicate in English

• Interest in and able to apply AI to operational processes & programs, particularly in the field of HR operations.

• Demonstrated use of AI to improve operational processes.

• Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, financial services, or other industries

• Experience supporting an organization through rapid headcount growth
