Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional fashion consultation and styling advice to customers.
• Understand customers’ requirements and recommend suitable custom-tailored garments.
• Handle measurements, fabric selection, design details and tailoring specifications.
• Follow up with customers from consultation to fitting and collection.
• Build strong customer relationships and achieve individual sales targets.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in fashion retail, sales, custom tailoring or made-to-measure services preferred.
• Strong interest and understanding of fashion, garments, fabrics and styling.
• Confident in customer-facing sales and able to provide personalised recommendations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Sales-driven, well-presented and able to work towards individual and team sales targets.
