Business Development Manager

Job description：

• Develop new corporate clients for carpentry, customised furniture and interior fit-out projects.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with contractors, interior designers, property owners and commercial clients.
• Understand clients’ project requirements and coordinate quotations, proposals and commercial negotiations.
• Manage key accounts and follow up on project enquiries, sales pipelines and confirmed orders.
• Work closely with the production and project teams to ensure clients’ requirements are properly communicated and fulfilled.
• Develop sales and marketing strategies to increase the Company’s market presence and revenue.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and business development plans.

Requirements：

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, account management or a related role.
• Strong client acquisition, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Able to prepare business proposals, quotations and sales reports.
• Experience in carpentry, furniture, renovation or interior fit-out projects will be an advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively with English- and Chinese-speaking clients and business partners.
