IT Oracle CRM / Oracle CX Senior Analyst - Oracle fusion

About the company

Our client is the market leader in their industry. As part of their plan to invest in technology, they are now hiring a new Senior IT Analyst - CRM to join their team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Support Oracle CRM / Oracle Service Cloud platform
• Playing the role of a bridge between the business (sales and marketing) and external vendors in translating business issues into information systems and information management solutions
• Leading end to end IT CRM project implementation. This includes requirements gathering, blueprint, milestone planning, configuration/development and testing

Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 5 years of experience in Oracle CRM)You should have implemented at least 1 end to end IT CRM implementation across Asia. You should have at least 5 years of experience in engaging business stakeholders.

Proven track record in oracle fusion will be highly preferred.
