Job Summary

Join our engineering team as a Value Creation Engineer to design and deliver turnkey energy-saving solutions that drive measurable value and sustainability for clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive energy audits on site systems to assess energy usage and identify inefficiencies
• Analyze collected data to pinpoint energy improvement opportunities and recommend actionable solutions
• Design engineering systems or optimization plans tailored to project requirements and goals
• Support tender processes by reviewing technical requirements, preparing cost estimates, and assisting in bid submissions
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and fine-tuning of systems to ensure optimal performance
• Monitor energy savings and efficiency, preparing detailed reports to track project outcomes
• Provide consultancy services aligned with Green Mark or equivalent sustainability standards
• Maintain high standards of service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
• Continuously explore innovative methods to create value for all stakeholders and push engineering boundaries

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines
• 3-5 years of relevant engineering experience
• Knowledge of ACMV/HVAC systems is advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated through efficient resolution of engineering challenges
• Excellent planning, organizing, communication, and interpersonal skills enabling effective teamwork and independent work
