📢 We’re Hiring: Sales Operations & Customer Service Manager

Our client is an established FMCG Food & Beverage business with a strong presence in Singapore and across ASEAN. As the company strengthens its commercial operations and embarks on a major SAP implementation, they are looking for an experienced Sales Operations & Customer Service Manager to join the team.

The Role

• Report directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing
• Lead a Sales Administration team and oversee a sizeable Van Sales operation
• Manage end-to-end order processing, invoicing, delivery coordination and customer service operations
• Drive OTIF performance, customer satisfaction and distributor service levels
• Oversee route planning, outlet coverage, stock control, fleet readiness and field execution
• Lead the Sales & Marketing requirements for the SAP van sales module, including process design, UAT, training and adoption
• Develop dashboards covering order fulfilment, service levels and distributor performance
• Identify and implement improvements across the order-to-cash process
• Support export documentation, customer e-invoicing and outstanding AR follow-up

The Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in sales operations, customer service or order management
• FMCG, food or beverage industry experience would be highly advantageous
• Experience leading sales administration or operational teams
• Strong understanding of order fulfilment, inventory control, distributor operations and customer service workflows
• Exposure to SAP or another major system implementation would be advantageous
• Analytical, process-oriented and confident managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
