ACCOUNTS CUM ADMIN

Job Summary

Support daily accounting operations by preparing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records to ensure smooth finance and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

• Enter daily accounting data accurately to support financial record keeping
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts to facilitate timely billing and payments
• Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure proper tracking of company finances
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with monthly closing to maintain accurate financial statements
• Maintain organized and accurate accounting records and filing systems for easy retrieval
• Support general administrative and finance tasks to contribute to overall office efficiency
• Work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating responsibility and attention to detail

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Accounting or related field
• Basic accounting knowledge and computer skills
