Assembly Operator | Up to $3,000 + Allowances | 4-Day Work Week | Tampines

We are seeking Assembly Operators to support a leading data centre manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for a stable permanent role, structured working hours, and attractive shift allowances.

Salary & Benefits

💰 Basic Salary: $2,500 – $3,000/month (based on experience)

🍱 Meal Allowance: $8 per workday

🚌 Transport Allowance: $8 per workday

🌞 Day Shift Allowance: $12 per shift

🌙 Night Shift Allowance: $24 per shift

📍 Work Location: Tampines (East)

📅 Full-Time, Permanent Position

Key Responsibilities

• Perform server assembly on the production line, including assembling server chassis and hard drives.
• Assemble and install server racks and cabinets.
• Carry out production activities such as unpacking components, packaging finished products, and rack building.
• Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to workplace safety standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Fresh NITEC graduates in Engineering are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of assembly, production, manufacturing, electronics, or server assembly experience are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in server or electronics assembly will be an advantage.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to commit to rotating 12-hour day and night shifts after the training period.

Working Hours

Training Period (First 3 Months)

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

After Training

• Weekly rotating 12-hour shiftsDay Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PMNight Shift: 8:30 PM – 8:00 AM

4-Day Work Week (Fixed Team Assignment)

• Team A: Monday – Thursday
• Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday
• Team C: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Rest Day: Every Sunday
