Project Document Controller (Bukit Panjang)

We are seeking a Document Controller to support document management and information control for our construction project in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control all incoming and outgoing project documents.

• Maintain and administer the project document management system (e.g. ProjectWise, SharePoint).

• Ensure proper document filing, tracking, distribution and archiving in accordance with project procedures.

• Coordinate document submissions between client, consultants and project teams.

• Monitor document status, including submissions, approvals and revisions.

• Maintain document registers, logs and records.

• Support setup and implementation of document management and archival systems.

• Conduct periodic checks to ensure compliance with document control procedures.

• Provide support for document retrieval and reporting when required.

• Assist in preparation of project reports and documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Technology or related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in document control.

• Experience in construction or infrastructure projects will be an advantage.

• Familiar with EDMS systems such as ProjectWise or SharePoint.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Well organised with strong attention to detail.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
