Personal Assistant Intern

We are looking for a responsible, organised and energetic Personal Assistant Intern to support the company’s daily business activities.

Responsibilities

● Assist the director with daily schedules, appointments and reminders

● Handle WhatsApp messages, emails and simple correspondence

● Help prepare documents, quotations and basic reports

● Coordinate with suppliers, workers and business partners

● Assist with online research, purchasing and product sourcing

● Organise business files, photographs and product information

● Help with social media and simple online administrative work

● Run occasional business errands when required

● Support retail, events and other company activities

Requirements

● Currently studying or recently graduated from ITE, polytechnic or university

● Responsible, honest, punctual and well organised

● Able to communicate clearly in English

● Knowledge of Mandarin, Malay, Bahasa Indonesia or Thai would be an advantage

● Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Microsoft Office and Google Drive

● Able to work independently and handle confidential business information

● Willing to learn and assist with different types of work

● Minimum internship period of 3 months

Tuesday to Sunday, 11am to 6pm
