This is an excellent opportunity for candidates passionate about luxury fashion, client service and relationship building, with attractive commission earning potential.

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $2,600–$2,800/month

• Commission: Approximately $1,000–$3,000/month

• Additional performance bonus

• 44 hours per week

• Retail operating hours

• 5-day work week

• Must be comfortable working weekends and public holidays
  

🛍️ Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional personalised customer service to clients

• Understand customer preferences and provide tailored product recommendations

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and clientele

• Develop repeat business through effective clienteling and follow-up

• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets

• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and communicate brand heritage effectively

• Assist with daily boutique operations, stock handling and merchandising

• Maintain high standards of store presentation and customer experience

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve overall boutique objectives

🎯 Job Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury retail, premium retail, fashion, jewellery, watches or beauty is highly advantageous

  Strong customer service and communication skills

  Confident in engaging and building relationships with customers

  Sales-driven with a strong interest in achieving targets

  Professional, polished and customer-oriented

  Good interpersonal skills and a strong team player

  Comfortable working retail hours, weekends and public holidays
