Equities & Structured Products Execution Specialist – VP

We are hiring an experienced Equities & Structured Products Execution Specialist at VP level to join a leading global financial institution in Singapore.

The successful candidate will have strong hands-on execution experience across cash equities and structured products, with exposure to derivatives, and will work closely with Sales and clients to deliver timely and accurate trade execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute trades and provide execution-related services across cash equities, structured products and derivatives.
• Ensure accurate and timely trade execution, booking and reporting.
• Work closely with Sales and direct clients to understand their requirements and align appropriate execution strategies.
• Manage trade orders effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast-moving market environment.
• Provide execution support and respond to trade-related queries from internal stakeholders and clients.
• Maintain strong awareness of market developments and their potential impact on trade execution.
• Work closely with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end execution and resolution of trade-related issues.
• Ensure all execution activities are conducted in accordance with internal policies, risk controls and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within equities trading, dealing or execution.
• Hands-on experience trading equities and structured products is essential.
• Good knowledge of cash equity markets, structured products and derivatives.
• Strong understanding of trade execution processes and the trade lifecycle.
• Experience working closely with Sales and/or direct clients.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to execute accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
