Lithography Engineer (Senior to Principal level)

THE COMPANY

Our Client is a renowned organization in the Semiconductor industry with as strong presence worldwide. They are looking for a Lithography Engineer (Senior to Principal level) as part of their expansion plans in Singapore, reporting to the Head of Department

THE ROLE

The Lithography Engineer (Senior to Principal level) is responsible for:

• Provide first-line technical support to production through rotating/swing shift coverage and rapid issue resolution.
• Execute preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and optimum performance.
• Monitor equipment performance and improve machine uptime, efficiency, and productivity.
• Plan and perform preventive maintenance, including spare parts and consumables management.
• Create and maintain maintenance procedures, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
• Drive equipment improvement projects to enhance quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, ISO, calibration, and 6S standards, while supporting new equipment installation and start-up activities.

Requirements:

• Experience working with ASML PAS/XT lithography machines, including operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of ASML XT equipment and the ability to identify and solve machine issues.
• Experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
