Accountant | Pasir Panjang | 1 Year contract with bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Manager in daily accounting and financial matters.
• Work closely with the regional accounting team to ensure timely month-end, quarterly and year-end closing.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.
• Prepare financial reports and perform variance analysis.
• Handle GST and withholding tax submissions and related documentation.
• Support treasury and banking activities, including liaison with banks.
• Coordinate quarterly and year-end stock takes and fixed asset sighting.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors and follow up on audit matters.
• Support financial and process improvement projects.
• Provide accounting and financial support to various departments and business units.
• Assist with year-end tax filing and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Details

• Location: Pasir Panjang
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday
• Salary: Up to $4700 + 1 month completion bonus

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Finance, Accounting or related.
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software; Oracle experience is preferred.
