Project Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead and provide guidance to project engineers
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned Data Centre projects.
• Monitor compliance to relevant codes, practices, performance standards, specifications and internal QA/QC policies.
• Interact regularly with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
• Co-ordinate with all contractors, building management and/or appointed contractors by client/building management during execution of project.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (schedule, plans, contractor’s performance) and report regularly on project status
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
• To perform duties which are not mentioned above from time to time, but are necessary for the growth and fulfillment of the Company’s requirement
• To observe and adhere to all Company’s rules and regulations
