All personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

•Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 45mins lunch break

•Fridays: 7:30am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 45mins lunch break

•Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted public holidays and certain periods during school holiday.

Requirements:

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications and experience:

•GCE ‘N’ Level, and Pass in English

•3 years of working experience in similar capacity in a government primary school environment

Job Scopes：

The Services required are set out as follows for Supply of Manpower Services (the “Services”) to provide administrative support for School-wide activities/programmes/events and Aesthetics and English Language Departments.

•Main role of teacher assistant: To provide assistance to EL & Art department / subject teachers in the preparation of teaching and learning resources and the necessary setup in classrooms/special learning spaces to support effective teaching and learning

•To maintain and update EL reader and Art inventory records, organise departmental documents, and support teachers in organising and filing students’ Art work.

•Maintain cleanliness of the English and Art Rooms

•Provide administrative support for school-wide activities/ programmes / events including preparation and onsite support.
