Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027

Option to extend: From 1 Jan 2028 to 31 Dec 2028

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break

• Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Requirements:

The Personnel shall minimally have the following skills and experience:

•Able to handle the tasks and responsibilities assigned

•Have at least 3 years of similar experience in primary school

•Must have valid First Aid with CPR and AED certification

•At least a GCE ‘O’ Level

•Ability to multitask with good time management

Job Scopes：

The Services required are set out as follows:

•Handle telephone calls and quiries from all stakeholders

•Help with walk-in queries from students, parents and teachers

•Provide first-aid to students

•Manage first-aid room to include stock-taking, packing and simple cleaning

•Pack brochures, booklets and souvenirs for staff and students

•Monitor lost and found items

•Prepare data reports such as meal voucher report and wellness cove injury report

•Any other adhoc duties assigned by the school
