Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1-hour lunch break

• Fridays: 9:00am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1-hour lunch break

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Requirements:

• GCE O-Level or equivalent

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry

• Administrative or customer service experience is preferred

• Organised with good interpersonal skills

Job Scopes:

• Handle frontline services, visitors and telephone enquiries

• Process student forms, dismissal slips and lost-and-found items

• Provide basic first aid support to students

• Handle mail, photocopying, printing, goods receiving and record keeping

• Assist with bookings, data entry, surveys and general office administration

• Perform other duties assigned by School Leaders
