Salary & Benefits

💰 Basic Salary: $2,300 – $2,800 (based on experience)

💵 Shift Allowance:

• Day Shift: $12 per shift
• Night Shift: $24 per shift

🍱 Meal Allowance: $8 per work day

🚗 Transport Allowance: $8 per work day

Working Hours

Training (First 3 Months)

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

After Training

• 4 Days Work Week
• Weekly Rotating 12-Hour Shifts:
• 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM OR 8:30 PM – 8:00 AM

Fixed Working Day Teams (Choose One)

• Team A: Monday – Thursday
• Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday
• Team C: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble servers, chassis, hard drives, and related components
• Build and set up server racks and cabinets
• Perform production duties such as unpacking components, packing finished products, and rack assembly
• Carry out quality checks and ensure production standards are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support other production duties as assigned

Requirements

• No experience required — training provided
• Fresh NITEC graduates in Engineering are welcome
• Candidates with at least 1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply
• Experience in electronics or server assembly will be an advantage
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a production environment
• Able to commit to weekly rotating day and night shifts after the training period
