Senior HR generalist/Business Partnering

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals and support overall business growth.

• Identify workforce needs and provide practical HR solutions to address business and organizational requirements.

• Oversee a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, learning and development, and performance management.

• Plan and implement employee development initiatives to strengthen capabilities, support career progression, and build a strong talent pipeline.

• Coordinate training programs and maintain training records in compliance with AS/ISO standards and applicable aviation regulations.

• Support recruitment and workforce planning by partnering with stakeholders to understand current and future manpower requirements.

• Drive talent and succession planning initiatives through the effective use of the Talent Management System (TMS).

• Manage employee relations matters and serve as a key contact for employee feedback, queries, and workplace concerns.

• Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, work pass matters, offer preparation, confirmation, re-employment, and contract renewals.

• Ensure employee information and records are accurately maintained and updated in the HRIS.

• Facilitate performance appraisal and salary review exercises in line with the company's performance and compensation framework.

• Prepare HR reports, workforce metrics, and analysis to support management decisions.

• Manage statutory HR reporting requirements, including labour market surveys.

• Support HR projects and other responsibilities based on evolving business needs.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource

• Experience in fast paced Manufacturing MNC environment

• Experience in handling large headcount

• Strategic business partnering and Regional exposure experience will be advantage
