Finance Executive, Accounts Receivable (Contract)

The Role:

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and Updating of SAP Customer Master Records
• Issuance of Invoices and Credit Notes
• Ensure complete documentation for billing
• Follow up with internal/external stakeholders on any billing discrepancies and enquiries
• Preparation of management reports for respective stakeholders
• Monitor and follow-up on outstanding Accounts Receivables (AR) with different Research Entities and customers
• Clearing of AR Generic mailbox
• Any Ad-Hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent finance and accounting qualification
• At least 1-2 years of accounts receivable experience, preferably in a shared services environment
• Resourceful, analytical, problem-solving and able to think out of the box
• Able to multi-task and deliver results under tight timelines
• Organized and meticulous
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Knowledge of SAP system will be advantageous
• A self-driven individual, who works effectively in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication, writing, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
• This a Contract role for 7months /extendable
