Job Description

We are looking for an HR Admin to provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with daily HR-related coordination.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle HR documents, filing, and data entry.
• Maintain employee records and documentation.
• Assist with scheduling and HR coordination.
• Support general administrative tasks for the HR team.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Any administrative experience is welcome.
• Minimum NITEC in a relevant field.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.

Job Type: Permanent
Working days: 5 days/week
Salary Range: SGD$2,300 - SGD$3,000
