Senior Field Service Manager [SEA / Medical Devices]

An expanding multinational Medical Device company is seeking a high-caliber Senior Field Service Manager to manage their Service & Engineering Team.

The successful incumbent will lead field service strategy, operations and service excellence agenda, supporting expansion across the SEA region. Working closely with global and regional stakeholders, the role will oversee technical services, customer support, service quality, product integrity and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional field service strategy and operating model
• Establish clear governance, roles and resources
• Responsible for regional field service performance and continuous improvement
• Lead initiatives to improve service quality, customer responsiveness and operational consistency
• Oversee technical support, complaint handling and service escalations
• Ensure customer issues are managed effectively against agreed service levels
• Partner with Sales & Marketing, RA/QA and other backend Operations to resolve service issues and improve customer experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or a related discipline

• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in field service within the medical device industry; Candidates with more experience will be considered for a more senior appointment

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities
