Operations Executive | Luxury Retail | Up to $3,300 + AWS + Bonus

📍 Location: Orchard, with travel to retail boutiques across Singapore
💰 Salary: $3,000–$3,300, depending on experience
🗓️ Working Days: Monday–Friday
⏰ Working Hours: 9:00 AM–6:30 PM
🌴 Annual Leave: 14 days

Join a well-established luxury watch retailer and support the smooth operations of its boutique network across Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily boutique operations and ensure compliance with operational procedures
• Support new boutique openings, setup and operational readiness
• Monitor boutique upkeep, including lighting, security systems and fixtures
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, repairs and servicing with vendors
• Follow up on operational and facilities-related issues until completion
• Ensure boutiques maintain premium presentation standards
• Coordinate logistics and operational setup for brand events, exhibitions and activations
• Work closely with boutique teams and internal departments
• Maintain accurate operational records, documentation and reports
• Visit retail boutiques when operational support is required
• Support events outside regular office hours when necessary

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent
• At least 2 years of retail or store operations experience
• Experience supporting multiple retail outlets is preferred
• Candidates from luxury, fashion or lifestyle retail environments are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and PivotTables
• Strong coordination, communication and follow-up skills
• Meticulous, organised and comfortable handling hands-on operational duties
• Willing to travel between boutiques and support events after office hours when required
