Clothing Store Manager – Fashion

Salary: $3,500 - $4,000 (Based on Experience)

Location: MacPherson

Work Schedule:

• Rotating Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Monthly Rest Days: 8

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the fashion retail store

• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve store targets

• Provide excellent customer service and professional product recommendations

• Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and merchandise displays

• Maintain high standards of store presentation and customer experience

• Support staff scheduling, training, and daily task allocation

Requirements:

• Relevant experience managing a retail or fashion store

• Strong sales, customer service, and team leadership skills

• Good understanding of day-to-day retail store operations

• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently

• Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership

• Looking for stable, long-term career development
