Sales Manager (Semiconductor)

Salary: $4,000 - $6,000 (Based on Experience)

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Monthly Rest Days: 8

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets

• Identify new business opportunities while managing key and existing customer accounts

• Lead and support the sales team in achieving sales targets

• Promote semiconductor equipment, spare parts, Specialty Gas Systems, and engineering solutions

• Understand customers’ technical and commercial requirements and recommend suitable solutions

• Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts

• Coordinate with suppliers and engineering teams on customer and project requirements

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and prepare sales forecasts and reports

• Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience

• Semiconductor, industrial equipment, or engineering industry experience is preferred

• Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets

• Key account management and sales team leadership experience is highly preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills

• Able to understand and communicate technical and commercial requirements effectively

• Willing to travel locally and overseas when required to attend product/technical training

• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
