HR Assistant [Tuas Crescent, 5 to 5.5 days alternate week]

Human Resources Assistant

Salary: $3,500

Location: Tuas Crescent

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM (2 Saturdays per month)

• Monthly Rest Days: 7

Responsibilities:

• Support daily HR operations and administrative matters

• Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and other employee-related processes

• Handle attendance, leave records, and general HR correspondence

• Prepare and organize HR reports, forms, and supporting documents

• Coordinate with employees and internal departments on HR matters

• Support supervisors and management with assigned HR tasks

• Perform general administrative duties when required

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of relevant HR Assistant or Human Resources experience

• Good knowledge of general HR administration and documentation

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Word and Excel

• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

• Able to follow instructions and coordinate effectively with supervisors

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Stable employment history is preferred

• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
