Project Management Executive – HR Process Transformation (US MNC Semicon)

The client is the world leading semiconductor company from USA. It is ranked as one of the “Top Best Places to Work in Singapore”. Below position is open urgently.

• Location: Woodlands
• Working Hours: Regular Office Hours
• Employment Type: 12-month Contract (Renewable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of HR workflow redesign and process-improvement projects.
• Review existing HR processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Gather and document business requirements from HR and other relevant stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones and progress reports.
• Coordinate project activities across internal teams and external partners where applicable.
• Facilitate discussions and follow up on decisions, action items and project deliverables.
• Identify project risks, dependencies and implementation challenges, and propose appropriate solutions.
• Support the implementation, testing and adoption of redesigned workflows.
• Prepare clear process documentation, presentations and project updates.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet the intended business objectives.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, business process improvement or a related role.
• Experience in HR projects or HR operations is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to work through unfamiliar issues independently.
• Proactive, resourceful and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies or PMP principles would be an advantage.
