BIM Modeller (Archi/ Structural)

Job Descriptions:

• Knowledge of the BIM application used especially in Archi / Structural.

• Responsible for the preparation of construction drawings, using CAD software and BIM.

• Ensure timely delivery of BIM models and drawings in compliance with project requirements and schedules.

• Co-ordinate with sub-contractors to exchange latest updates and models.

• Review project specifications, shop drawings and technical clarifications

• Provide assistance to project engineers and managers throughout all project stages.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.

• Able to perform tasks accurately and reliably with excellent attention to detail.

• Familiarity with Singapore BCA BIM Guidelines and authority submission standards.

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry.

• Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
