Job Summary

You will make outbound calls to potential clients and candidates to promote recruitment services, source and communicate with job candidates, arrange interviews, maintain relationships, update records, and achieve monthly sales and recruitment targets.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and candidates to promote the company’s recruitment and manpower services
• Follow up with existing and potential clients to maintain and build strong business relationships
• Source suitable job candidates by communicating effectively to assess their fit for roles
• Arrange interviews and track hiring progress to support recruitment processes
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates to ensure ongoing engagement
• Update recruitment and sales records accurately to reflect current activities and progress
• Achieve monthly sales and recruitment targets by managing leads and closing opportunities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or recruitment to enhance performance
• Basic computer knowledge to manage records and communications efficiently
• Ability to work independently and follow up closely on tasks to ensure completion
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn to adapt and grow in the role
• Good communication and telephone skills to engage clients and candidates comfortably

• Salary: Basic SGD $2,000 + Attractive Commission

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
