About the Role
Our client, a luxury fashion house, is seeking a Senior Client Advisor for its boutique at MBS. In this role, you will deliver a refined, personalized client experience, build lasting client relationships, and take an active leadership role on the selling floor to drive both individual and team sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Experience
Deliver specialized, high-quality customer service and create memorable, personalised experiences for every client
Build and nurture long-term client relationships through genuine personal connections and CRM initiatives
Understand each client's preferences and needs to tailor the service experience and achieve strong sales outcomes
Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, supporting individual and team objectives and taking accountability for sales results
Achieve individual KPIs, including sales targets, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), and conversion rate
Assist with daily and weekly sales reporting to head office where required
Customer Service & CRM
Acquire new clients and grow the boutique's client database
Maintain regular contact with clients and provide timely updates to strengthen relationships
Store Appearance & Visual Merchandising
Keep the store and stockroom clean, neat, and well organised at all times, with products properly stored (bags in dust bags; shoes arranged by name/SKU and in size order)
Ensure new stock is displayed and merchandised promptly and attractively
Stock Management
Maintain an orderly stockroom for easy access when serving customers
Record all stock transfers into and out of the store accurately to minimise stock loss
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with luxury retail experience required
Proficient in English, as the role involves regular communication with English-speaking clients
Strong communication and clientele skills, including client engagement and CRM database management
Independent, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Customer-oriented with a strong service flair
Able to work towards individual sales targets in a performance-driven environment
Work Arrangements
Retail operating hours, including weekends and public holidays
Shift work: morning, afternoon, or full shifts
